Lakeminster Park home residents lose battle for full-time occupancy

We keep trying to tell people why you should not to the point of placing an article called the 'Misuse of Holiday Homes' on both our websites. This one and Park Home Living.

The residents of Lakeminster Park, a park with a holiday licence, have had a cloud over their heads for a couple of years now ever since the Local Council found out they were using their homes on Lakeminster Park as their primary address. They now face an uncertain future having now lost their battle for full time occupancy. They do not have any protection under law as in the Mobile Homes Act 1983, which covers only those residents living on a fully licensed residential park.
