Owner's Description

Escape to the country at Woodlands…
If you've always longed to be part of a friendly, caring community, enjoying the quiet life in a peaceful setting fringed by beautiful open countryside yet within easy reach of superb local amenities, you'll want to take a closer look at Woodlands Country Park.

Occupying a tranquil location just outside the popular market town of Garstang in Lancashire, Woodlands' expansive 40-acre park offers ample space for owners to make the most of the wonderful surroundings at any time during the 52-week-long season.

Lodge plots are large and varied and ready to be customised to purchasers' individual requirements; many are on the waterfront, while others make the most of the woodland and country views - all offer the opportunity of a lifetime to create the ultimate dream lodge.

Woodlands provides an unspoilt natural environment, its rolling landscape punctuated by shady wooded copses and criss-crossed by a meandering network of lakes and waterways – all of which make the perfect habitat for the many species of birds, animals and fish who make their homes here!

The plots are thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the beautiful setting and to offer each owner a completely unique retreat, some encompassing large garden areas, others enjoying a lake- or canal-side setting where guests can indulge in a spot of fishing from the comfort of their own deck! Parking is plentiful and landscaping completely bespoke.

With nature all around and the delights of the Lake District and ancient Forest of Bowland within easy reach, it’s a truly idyllic spot.

The only way to get a real feel for life here at Woodlands is by visiting and experiencing the environment in person. If you ring and let us know you're coming, we can arrange a tour of the park, take you round one of our show homes and give you information on any available plots.
