Peppermint Park is set at the heart of Dawlish Warren with the famous blue flag beach just a short walk away it's the perfect setting for your Devon family holiday.

Just turn off Warren Road and discover our green oasis. The park enjoys a picturesque setting, surrounded by gentle grassy slopes, mature trees, hedges and flowers. Much of the park has fantastic views over the Dawlish Warren Devon coast towards Exmouth.

With its luxurious lodges you will enjoy plenty of space and some of the very best holiday park accommodation that South Devon has to offer. If you are used to even the very best of caravan style accommodation then you will appreciate the additional comfort that our holiday lodges have to offer.

Wherever you are on the Park, you'll find you're not far away from the amenities and the facilities you would expect from a Four Star Holiday Park.

Coarse fishing is available at Peppermint Water throughout the year as well as at the many local fisheries. Sea fishing and angling are also nearby at both Dawlish and Starcross.

Just 680m from the Park, there are two miles of safe, sandy beach backed by Dawlish Warren's National Nature Reserve and the 18 hole Warren Golf Club

Peppermint has now been joined with Golden Sands Holiday Park next door, and Dawlish Sands Holiday Park just over the road. So you can take your pick of great facilities at three of Devon's best caravan holiday parks, including indoor and outdoor pools, excellent bar and dining venues, and top class holiday entertainment.
