Owner's Description

Tilford Woods is a private complex of purpose-built luxury timber lodges situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Tilford. The lodges are furnished and decorated to a very high standard and provide an ideal base for exploring the wonderful surrounding countryside and the many attractions in the region. There are four types of lodge, sleeping from two to six guests, and all have a warm, inviting ambience and the latest in modern amenities.

The fully equipped kitchens include oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and the lounge areas have nicam TV, video-recorder and midi hi-fi. All the lodges have their own decking veranda with furniture and at least one of each type of lodge has facilities for disabled visitors. The complex has a splendid bonus in the shape of the Duke of Cambridge pub, which serves excellent home-cooked meals every day of the week. Fresh fish is the house speciality, and the food is complemented by wines from a well-chosen and well-annotated list.
