How to get there
Leave the A38 Expressway at Marley Head Junction A385 (signposted Avonwick & South Brent). At the roundabout take the turning to Diptford and immediately turn right into Webland Lane, signposted Webland. From here it is approximately 1 mile to Webland Farm.

Owner's Description
We are a peaceful country park in unspoilt natural surroundings within easy reach of Dartmoor and the coast.
Our new and very select development consists of 28 holiday lodges set in just under six acres. The whole development is being sympathetically landscaped with thousands of trees and shrubs to enhance the natural surroundings and wildlife. Designed for all year round use.
By increasing the space for each lodge, we are able to position each one to take full advantage of its location. If your preference is for the stunning views, your own privacy or being able to sit out in the sunshine, we have the place for you.
Built to residential standard our lodges cost much less than conventional homes and come complete with furniture and fittings including central heating, double glazing, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Even the curtains, carpets, beds, dining furniture, chairs and settee are included. In addition we fit a radio linked security system and supply custom built decking.
