These stylish luxury lodges are set in a brand NEW development within 40 acres of unspoilt countryside!

Each of the three lodges available to you has been specifically designed with ease of living in mind. Open spaces, simplistic colour schemes, and fully equipped for your holiday lifestyle. You will have a choice of two, three or four bedrooms and lakeside plots are available.

The resort is situated near holiday hot spots Newquay and Padstow and is an all action resort with a surf simulator, aqua park, wakeboarding, leisure centre, spa, bar and eatery. Plenty to keep the whole tribe entertained!

The Meadows lodge development enables buyers to purchase with a mortgage and enjoy a 999 year licence on their property, which is also sold with an ICW warranty. About to start our third phase of the new development, it's a growing community!

How to get there

Continue down M5 signposted South West. You will pass Sedgemoor Services, Bridgwater Services, Taunton Deane Services, Tiverton Services and Exeter Services. 3 Miles after Exeter Services, branch left, signposted Bodmin & Okehampton on to the A30. Follow signposts to Newquay on the A30 At the Highgate Hill junction leave the A30 sign posted Newquay / Indian Queens / Wadebridge. At the next roundabout (Halloon) take the 3rd exit for Wadebridge. You will then come to the Trekenning roundabout, take the A39 for Wadebridge. Go past The Bird of Prey Sanctuary on your left approaching the last roundabout, turn right 3rd exit and we are signposted Retallack Resort & Spa on the left.
