Our exclusive Lodges are majestically positioned on the gently rolling hillside overlooking the lakes, woodland and countryside in our idyllic and secluded location.

The peace and quiet and beautiful setting of Highfields provides an ideal second home for people seeking a gentler way of life away from the ‘hustle and bustle’ of everyday living.

Ideally situated in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, the Lodges at Highfields offer great access to many local towns including historic Lincoln and many beautiful traditional villages where life simply reminds you of ‘olde England’.

The park itself offers tranquillity, serenity, exclusive fishing, stunning countryside views and miles of woodland and meadow walks.

We specialise in offering quality exclusive fishing, and also extremely dedicated to encouraging wildlife and conservation. We have regular sightings of Buzzards, Woodpeckers, Owls and Foxes, not forgetting our herds of wild deer that often meander and graze around the park.

The prestigious Visit Britain 5 Star quality grading, the David Bellamy Gold Award and the highly sought after David Bellamy Special Distinction are among the awards achieved by Highfields this year.

Whilst we are a very high quality park, we do ensure that our customers benefit from realistically affordable prices and unlike many parks, we don't charge a premium for lake views.

The lodges are fully central heated, cosy and informal with modern fittings creating a timeless natural feel. Light and uncluttered, maximum use has been made of all the available living space making it the perfect home for you to simply unwind.

You certainly couldn’t buy bricks and mortar in a location like this for the price, with such amazing views and access to such a large expanse of private countryside, and the excellent fishing of course! Our Lodges therefore offer great value for money and most of the Lodges available have been built to the BS 3632 standard which is a residential specification and gives you the levels of insulation and build quality that you’d expect from a Lodge where you are likely to spend most of your time.
