Scampston Park Lodges are situated on the south side of the A64 Leeds/Scarborough road, approximately 4 miles from Malton and just to the east of the village of Rillington. The Park entrance is off Mill Lane and is clearly signed from the A64.
Our new luxury park lodge development is situated within the historic Scampston country estate between Malton & Scarborough in the heart of North Yorkshire. Planning permission was granted in March 2008 for 75 individual bespoke lodges adjacent to Capability Brown heritage parkland.
The Scampston Park Lodges development is destined to be the north of England’s finest holiday lodge park. From it’s original conception and throughout the design process, we have considered every detail to ensure that the park becomes the destination of choice for discerning second home owners.
With seven lakes giving almost every lodge a water view and lodges supplied by the UK’s leading manufacturers, we expect Scampston Park Lodges to be the highest quality and most desirable park of it’s kind in Yorkshire.
Perfectly situated a few miles outside the market town of Malton in North Yorkshire, there are over 100 Yorkshire Tourist Board recognised attractions and places to visit with 25 miles. Whether it is the historic city of York, the splendour of Castle Howard, the North Yorkshire heritage coastline or the North Yorkshire Moors, there is something nearby for everyone.
