Tigh an Daraich is located off the A85 Oban Road, close to the hamlet of Bridge of Awe, about 15 miles from Oban and 3 miles from Taynuilt.
Situated in one of the most attractive areas of the Western Highlands, featuring spectacular mountain scenery, islands, lochs and some of the most desirable sailing grounds in the world. Tigh an Daraich is set within its own well wooded grounds of about 5 acres, overlooking the River Awe and the mighty Ben Cruachan(3,689ft), also known as the Hollow Mountain as it accommodates a hydro electric power station (guided tours available).
