I don’t know about you, but my dog is a major part of my family and the thought of leaving him behind when I went on holiday would be a huge wrench, even though I knew he would be staying somewhere safe and where he would be loved.
………..but, I want him with me and thank goodness now holiday accommodation owners have become more aware of how vital a dog’s companionship is.
Here on Just Lodges we have over 700 locations, meaning thousands of lodges and log cabins who welcome dogs and other pets with open arms. In nearly every case, the locations are ideally suited to dogs, whether they are in the countryside or by the sea.
There are many who also like to bring their cat with them and I guess a gerbil or two as well!
Taking your dog away with you on holiday can be just as beneficial to your dog as it is to you,
New sights, new sounds, new smells can be just as invigorating for them, but have a care, just sometimes taking them out of their home environment can cause them a little stress and so we have prepared some tips for taking your dog away, which hope you find useful.
